Featuring three women with very different career journeys, our panel explored the value of diverse experiences and pulled apart the notion of the 'perfect' career. They tackled issues like progression versus experience and gave some stellar advice about owning your past, taking responsibility for shaping your role and using imposter syndrome to our advantage.
