'We do not see things as they are, we see them as we are'
Working Girls’ Network invited the boys and ran a workshop exploring our unconscious biases. Facilitated by Skills and Development Manager Ella Brown, we examined how we see the world, how it sees us and how this impacts our careers. We revealed the biases we all unconsciously hold and how society shapes them. As a group we discussed what we can do to recognise and challenge our preconceptions to create a fairer society for all.
